Programs
Our curriculum at Kiddiwinks is based on following the childrens interests, nature and the seasons. Our children need to see, hear, feel the seasons to understand them in our big wide world. We do this by living in the moment feeling the joy there is in everyday.
Art
We believe in both process art as well as end products. The children use a variety of media to learn new skills
Music
Rhymetime is part of our everyday routine, and is so important for early language. We love to learn traditional rhymes and new seasonal songs, as well as listening to a diverse range of genre.
Movement
We aim to be active for at least 3 hours each day, this maybe from a daily walk, yoga session, dancing, gymnastics, a trip to play park or indoor assault course.
Language
Books are a a big part of kiddiwinks indoors and outdoors we always take one out on adventure.
Mathematics & Phonics
We believe in child led play and will only plan structured activities when the child is ready and wants to deepen their knowledge.
Outside Play
We play outside everyday. Children at kiddiwinks come fully prepared with puddlesuits and wellies as there is no such thing as bad weather.
